The boardwalk is actually a legal street dating back to 1870 when it was erected as a temporary structure to keep sand out of beachfront hotels.  

Whether it’s jazz festivals in Cape May or the classic seaside excitement of Ocean City, there is never a shortage of options for families, couples and team building groups—any season of the year.

Seaview is also located just 8 miles from the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center. According to their website,this state of the art aviation facility also serves as national scientific test base for the FAA. The FAA Technical Center is responsible for research and development in the field of aviation, testing software and equipment, and managing air traffic control communications.The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center offers tours however it is recommended that you call the center in advance in order to receive clearance prior to your arrival.
